Dream Builder Tami recently returned from a trip to Disney’s Riviera Resort, and it exceeded our expectations!
The Riviera Resort is Disney’s first all-new Walt Disney World hotel in 7 years. According to Walt Disney World, “Enchantment awaits you at a Resort hotel that’s inspired by Europe and imagined by Disney. Here, you can delight in exhilarating activities, delectable dining and stylish accommodations—from cozy Tower Studios to spacious villas with up to 3 bedrooms.”
Disney’s Riviera Resort is stunning from the moment you pull in the gates. From the beautiful lobby, to the custom artwork, to the pristine grounds, Disney did not miss a detail! The villas are spacious, well-appointed, and the views are spectacular. And with access to the new skyliner, this deluxe property quickly made its way to the top of my favorites list!
The featured restaurant at the resort is Topolino Terrace. In addition to serving delicious French and Italian cuisine, it is my new favorite character breakfast! The meal begins with POG juice and a fantastic pastry basket. Each entrée was delicious, but my favorite was definitely the sour cream waffles.
The character interaction was magical! The characters visited the table multiple times throughout the meal and even danced throughout the restaurant to an adorable new song. Plus, the views from the terrace are spectacular.
This character meal is a must even if you’re not staying at Disney’s Riviera resort! It would be perfect on your last day before heading to the airport, a relaxing pool day when you’re not going into the parks or a morning that you’re visiting Epcot or Hollywood studios as you could just take the skyliner to either destination after enjoying your breakfast.
